Robert (Bob) Jaegly
Mr. Jaegly, founder of Wisdom Delivers Consultants, is a senior executive with more than twenty-five years of experience in a variety of industries developing and executing strategic, operational and financial performance improvements. His concepts and innovative approaches have delivered sustainable improvements through collaboration with motivated executives and their people. A passion for results, high expectations, effective cultural change and a commitment to teamwork have been the core of his success.
He has worked from the board level to the floor level in delivering improvement in growth, profit, safety, quality and customer service. In addition to President & CEO of Wisdom Delivers Consulting, his roles have included: Senior Vice President of Operations with full P&L accountability, Vice President of Purchasing for the Americas, Director of North American Quality, Plant Manager, Manufacturing and Distribution Manager and Materials Manager and Planning Analyst. Past companies have included Reckitt Benckiser, Chemtura, Pinnacle Foods, KIK Custom Products, Outsourcing Services Group, Nice-Pak Products, Dentsply, and Prestolite.
Bob formed his consulting business, R T Jaegly & Associates, in 2003 after serving as Senior Vice President of Operations from 2000 to 2003 for the Consumer Division (complete P&L responsibility) of Outsourcing Services Group, a consumer products contract manufacturing company.
He and his wife formed a small publishing company with customers including Walden Books, Borders, Ingram, Baker and Taylor as well as direct shipping to small book sellers. The publishing rights were sold to University Press.
Mr. Jaegly served on the Hillsborough, New Jersey Economic Development Commission for five years including the role of Chairman. Under his direction, the first economic development plan was created.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Operations Management from the University of Toledo
